We have immediate openings for the Client Services Specialist position. Applicants must be goal driven, like problem solving, have math and technical aptitude, learn quickly and be able to work well under time constraints.
These are full-time, professional level positions with multiple regular schedules available following the on-the-job training period.

Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent
Ability to solve problems and make decisions

Personal computer and related spreadsheet and data manipulation software
Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization, agents and insureds.
Organize time and resources and handle multiple high priorities
Work with detail with accuracy
Preferred Qualifications include:
1-2 years related work experience
Basic insurance terms and coverages
Knowledge of commercial automobile rating and policy coverages and endorsements
