    We have an immediate opening for a Finance Assistant.

    Duties include:

    • Understanding the nature of a wide variety of receipts and preparing daily receipt deposits using a desktop scanner
    • Printing and mailing outgoing checks for various affiliated companies
    • Researching information using the internet
    • Screening mail
    • Compiling reports
    • Maintains strict confidentiality

    • Two years of college or equivalent (Bachelor degree preferred)
    • Basic accounting
    • Math through algebra
    • Personal computer and related software
    • Alpha/numeric filing
    • 1 year related work experience preferred
    • Typing 35 wpm with accuracy and calculator skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication
