    We have an immediate opening for an Audit Manager who will be responsible for audits from design through execution and report on results and findings. The Internal Audit Manager will apply a risk based audit approach to a portfolio of local and global audit projects that are operational, strategic and financial in nature. The Audit Manager will coordinate audit timelines and set reasonable expectations with the business and internal audit customers. The scope will focus primarily on the insurance operations, including operational roles in underwriting, claims, finance, and certain ad hoc operations. The Audit Manager will have access to senior level executives and key stakeholders in the business. The Audit Manager will also be involved in developing the audit plan and in assisting in creating various communications for use in reporting to senior management and regulators.

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field
    • 5-7 years of related work experience in public accounting, insurance accounting or internal auditing
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to present information to technical and non-technical audiences
    • Initiative and ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
    • Ability to work cross functionally as well as across all levels of the organization
    • Willing and able to travel approximately 25%


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Auditing experience in the P&C insurance industry
